With more than four decades of experience in corporate service, encompassing leadership, mentoring, 1:1 coaching, and group training, I have honed a distinctive coaching approach that integrates evidence-based practices. I hold a level-1 Professional Coach Certificate and currently working through the Master level.
Soft is "having a pleasing quality involving a subtle effect". My method focuses on assisting clients in developing self-awareness and recognizing their intrinsic worth. I am dedicated to offering a secure and accepting environment where clients can express from the heart, using a holistic and mindful approach, all within a gentle and patient space.

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals with situational challenges that can be managed with adjustments & regulation; with a primary focus on empathy, encouragement, recognition and support.
